It seems that the audience at last weekend’s Airs & Gracenotes gig on Tweed Green were as blown away by the event as we were, with 94% of those kind enough to fill in our feedback forms saying how much they enjoyed the open air performances.
The centrepiece of a busy weekend of live music, the gig on the green saw almost 100 musicians play individual sets before coming together as a massed band to perform a piece of music composed especially for the event by Nomad Beat’s Alison Cameron.
A hard lady to track down – she has just finished touring in Canada – we caught up with the wonderful Inge Thomson ahead of her gig at Jo Powell’s Lovely Barn on Sunday 27 July in what will be the finale of this weekend’s Airs & Gracenotes festival of live music

Music-lovers are in for a treat this weekend as we unveil Airs & Gracenotes – two days of live music featuring a fantastic line-up of top talent from near and far. From open air ‘pop-up’ events and evening concerts to a mass gig on Tweed Green, there’s something for every possible musical taste
